Turmeric Coffee Latte Recipe
Vanilla extract, 1 tsp
Coconut milk, 1 cup
Ground turmeric, ½ tsp
Stevia sweetener, 2 packets
Ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp
Ground ginger, ¼ tsp
Brewed espresso, 1 fluid
Mix all ingredients properly in a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes until warm over medium flame. Then remove the saucepan from heat. Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until frothy. Take a serving mug and pour in it the espresso and use frothed milk mixture for topping.
Cinnamon Golden Milk Latte Recipe
Ground Turmeric, ½ tsp
Milk, 1 cup
Ground Coconut or oil, ¼ tsp
Ground Ginger, ¼ tsp
Black pepper, a pinch
Vanilla extract, ¼ tsp
Cinnamon, ¼ tsp
Maple syrup, honey or agave syrup, 1 tsp
Nutmeg, 1/8 tsp
Cardamom, 1/8 tsp
Take a small saucepan and add milk to it and heat over medium-high flame. As the milk starts to boil, include ginger, turmeric, coconut powder, cinnamon, black pepper and vanilla and whisk the mixture properly. Remove milk from heat. Pour into a tea mug or coffee. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and it is ready to serve.
